It eventually will become conductive, and it is not a practical means of cooling a computer.

Also a thread on this was already made a while ago.

might be a better idea to cool it with liquid oxygen in a sealed case

This stuff is old... the IT place I use to intern for (about 3 years ago) use to talk about this. I wouldnt trust this for cooling myself though.. <_<
