Just because it has some good reviews doesn't mean it is good.
Like i said... don't cheap out on a PSU. You don't want to be frying 1000 USD worth of parts.
Get the first one, not the second. Personally i wouldn't get either, but out of those two i would pick the first one. _________________

I just want to know why you would pick the first one.
The first has some pretty serious reviews to be considering.
The second has all good reviews.
I'm just stumbled because i don't wanna fry my system.(i'm on a budget.)
Edit: is raid max a good brand?

I like it, but will there be a problem because the fan is pointing towards the top of my case?(blowing hot air inside). I might be wrong but is the big fan a intake or outtake fan? _________________

Many PSUs have that, so I doubt it will be any problem.
And if it happens to be a slight problem some how (It wouldn't)
You could just cut a nice hole in the top and cover it with mesh from the inside so it looks nice. Or just get a case with a vent on the top.
Also, I believe the fan is bringing in air, not pushing it out. (It goes out the back vent) _________________

You are really going cheap on the PSU... Seriously, go with the first one as i said...
or do not take my suggestion and turn your computer into a huge paper weight. _________________

I'm not so good at PSUs, all the Ultra PSUs in my house work perfectly.
The motherboard is a good choice, but you can get the GA-EP35-DS3L. Even better would be the GA-P45-DS3L, but I don't have any personal experience with it, nor have I read any reviews.
Other than that, the build is pretty good. _________________

Yeah, the thermaltake looks like a pretty good psu.
I think my currect mobo is enough. It fits the (i will not break in a week section) and it is quite powerful. Would a 300 watt be able to run all of the things i selected?(bestec 300watt from old gateway machine)(pretty good quality)
Just for laughs:i have a 100watt bestec lying around! _________________

I don't think the mobo will fit in the case...
Or maybe I'm wrong _________________
