Hi I had this problem

when I opened a music with my windows mediaplayer it restarted
but after the restart I opened it again but this time it didnt restart

and also sometimes it restarts when I open some films

.avi , .mpeg file extensions

and I am using KLM codecs
anyone knows why it restarts?

maybe your computer doesn't like the KLM codecs?

Try CCCP
Combined Community Codec Pack

I think it's a pretty good codec pack
