Can someone give me a small tutorial on how to compile the source once editied?
I have ddk

open the .DPR files with "DELPHI" and then project->compile

I dont have delphi.. I download ddk? can that be used instead?

Not unless you can write a better kenel mode stealth routine.

the main program is made in delphi, the device driver is made using the ddk

Then why did i waste 3 hours downloading DDK if thats not what i need!!

nVM I downloaded Delhpi Complied dbk32
got about 5 errors then it created a dll file on the other folder!!

What errors are those? Noone can help you if you don't tell us. It's like witnessing a mugging and reporting it to the police, but then not telling them anything about what you actually saw, only that a mugging happened to happen somewhere sometime recently.

Well i followed some half finished readme
Telling me to change all these file names..
I did it and then now i dont know what to compile to be able to run my cheatengine edited
Like how do u get the exe to actually use it

simply download delphi7, very easy to use...

Yeh ive got That too now but i cant seem to compile it

You can not simply rename files to make it udnetected
You HAVE to edit the code as well, like cefuncproc has to be the new name, and syndiv.com has to be renamed to google.com or something

and some other stuff as well

Im wanted to edit it too cause Im having problems bypassing GG. Im not asking that u make it yourself cause That would be patched soon but a guide would help noobs like me.
