The PC sure wouldn't be much if you only spent $300 on it... Go with the iTouch.

well you could upgrade your current compe, maybe a 25O gig hard drive, ram, maybe a couple games?

Ipod Touch for sure. Once you jailbreak it, then you can do whatever you want with it. I have an IpoT and I love it.
