Whats a good tut for changing IP on windows XP through control pannel, screen shots are good since my computer is programmed in chinese.

through router?
if not just open command prompt and type
(Start --> Run) cmd [enter]
Code:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

if its through router, open command prompt and type
Code:
ipconfig /all

and take down your default gateway
enter that in to the address bar of ur browser
and log in and u should be able to renew ur DHCP (dynamic ip) from there or you can set 1 up
