Hi I wonder why my computer usage is 100%? Like 1 year ago i can alt+tab out of my game with no lag with 512MB of ram. Now when I alt+tab out with 2.0GB of ram it still lags.
My processor is P4 530 3.0GHz

yeah so only do that if you know what you're doing and you have backups of all your stuff, including your OS and drivers.

Anyway, like Bam! says, hit ctrl+alt+delete and tell us which process produces that much cpu. Otherwise we can't help you.

So maybe its a Keylogger/Virus/Trojan which is slowing down his comp. and occupying 100% CPU.
