Because not everyone plays games that use GameGuard? Not to mention, it's open source. You can edit it to make it undetected. It's not Dark Bytes job to keep it up to date with each patch.

Cheat Engine is used for cheating in all types of games! It does not mean that CE is designed to bypass GG games. And, sometimes, we don't have to use only CE for GG Games.

CE is not designed for online games. It's just a coincidence it sometimes works.
If you want a version that bypasses GG, just make it undetected yourself. that is what the source is for. So that YOU can make it undetected, not so that you have to wait for someone else to do it.

LOL. That wouldn't be very easy though...There are many lazy people around onCEF.

Ok, you mean maple. You can use a CE to use on MapleStory. Not hard, I made one like in rev 9xx.
