Denial of Service
I tried using 999999999 for a month, and non of the sites shut down. You need more than one computer to do it (exactly why it's called DDos, Distributed Denial of Service).

DoS means denial of service. You know how sometimes in some accounts, when you get the wrong password all the time, you get blocked or the account can't be logged in? If you do it like a million times, the server might shut down because it wants to prevent hacking

Also don't forget that you will get automatically ip banned from this site if you make too many connections. (Site stops responding to everything coming from you)
