| Could anybody help get rid of a virus called outerinfo. I don't want to reformatt my computer because I have lots of stuff saved onto it. SO please help me.

download a good antivirus like Kaspersky or NOD32 and scan your pc with it. Should do the job

Find the file, use un-locker, kill it yourself.
