Edit: Request lock - problem fixed
So I got that Mozilla FireFox 3 beta thing, but than about 2 weeks later after testing it, I decided to switch back to FF2.
Went to site and DLed and installed, opened it up and....
Gives me that damn "encountered a problem" when I start it up.
Help?

Had this happen to me. Just uninstall all of the firefox programs you have on your computers (control panel->add or remove programs). Then reinstall FF2

I just ran the installer without removing everything, and it didnt work.

I just ran the installer without removing everything, and it didnt work. |
You should run the uninstaller then install Firefox again.

Yeah I know I did that and it worked, but blank asked why I didnt try that in the first place, and I said I ran the installer without uninstalling.
