1) Go easy on the gay jokes, you people have been taking it too far. Here and there is okay, but seriously, it's not funny to talk about 'buttsecks' in every thread.
2) There are NO women on the internet.
3) Conformity. Do it or get out.
4) This isn't YOUR random spam.
5) Not every grammar mistake are intention, don't correct them.
6) Maplestory sucks.
7) Youtube videos better be funny.
8) LEARN TO USE MEMES OR DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.
9) Caps Lock may be used when you need to show RAGE.
10) There is an exception to every rule.

Also as far as the "council" thing goes, I feel no need for it. It's simply superiors and inferiors and also neutrals.
