no you dont. where do you see me calling a database function?its just server sided processing. it doesnt store any data. php is sufficient unless i wanted to make a database for all the info submitted separate from my email. btw $_post is similar to $_get and $_request no need for mysql i can show you more examples of using $_post w/o using a database.
