So you just buy one of the kits and still it, do you just pour water in the box to cool? or you need to buy some kind of liquid? does water cooling make any noise? _________________

Water cooling does not make a noise.
and i think you would get it from the name Water cooling that you use water in it.
It's not called liquid nitrogen cooling now is it.. _________________

Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Liquid cooling is generally much quieter than air cooling, but still has moving parts that make noise. Also, you don't generally use water in it, you use a specialized coolant, or distilled water mixed with an additive.
Generally speaking, if you don't have a specific reason for needing liquid cooling, it's probably not a good idea to get it, unless you have money to blow and are capable with dealing with the complex installation and maintenance. |

Water cooling can use water, but it's better to buy a special liquid usually called a thermal coolant or something like that. and yeah it does make noise. Some water cooling systems come with fans installed which will increase the noise and a powerful pump can make a few decibels of sound as well.
There are more new water cooling systems out there that don't really need much installation. The pump, water tank, and radiator are one unit and all you gotta do is install the water-block and plug in the tubes. _________________
