I talked with support which in turn talked with the head administrator and they are working on it. I also posted a support ticket. Sorry for the inconvenience I had files I loved (because they were so dam hard to find), and all my sub domains are nonoperational right now too.

I will scold them. And it isnt their fault its mine (partly). My friend wanted to be able to use .ASP files on the Linux server so they had to move my hosting account (and they said files) to a server with it preinstalled. Well they did move my account, and my friend can use ASPs now, but they lied about moving ALL the files.
