i have a windows xp, and i wanna reformat it, i dont have the disk, and i wanna download the things that will allow me to reformat my pc. what can i download the will allow me to reformat my pc?

Maybe run Windows on Safe Mode/normally and Google for Applications that would aid you in reofrmatting your computer.

How do you format a drive while you are using it...

Its like taking apart a bike while riding it... Actually thats exactly what you are doing...

Also, formating is "DELETING FUCKING EVERYTHING (including OS and all data files)".

I suggest getting Gparted and burn it on a CD. Format your partition. DONE!
