| When you get Steam You have to pay for all that shit.. Steam is the itunes for games if you will.. But you could get a cracked version of the game or even make a steam acount and get one of those game unlocker things were it lets you have the games for free on the acount but you will be auto vac banned.. :/

Does his version have every single game in it? if it does he has a steam cracker and he is banned from all normal servers... If it only has certain ones in it he most likely downloaded them from a torrent site and just plays on cracked servers

Its called pacsteam google it
And i believe you have to have steam and a steam acount make a blank one and download it and you will be able to download and play them and junk of course that acount will get vac banned so you cant play on any normal server s but you will be able to play single player games and play in non vac servers but everyone in non vac servers are hackers

he plays TF2 on vac servers i think, well when i was playing with hit we say no hackers atleast and we were in a lobby where u could choose like noob servers and expert and stuff
EDIT: yes he has all the games in it

He has defently payed for the games if he was playing in normal vac servers

yes but their are VARY few non vac servers and you can not play single player nor can you add bots i suggest buying its a great game
