our schools website is hosted on schools computers when the internet is down we can still get on the schools website from in school

Your confusing/you dont make sense...
When the internet is down you can access your website.. Impossible. Why? Because when you type in a domain it goes to the internet (you dont have that) and then goes back to your own computers...
I doubt if i take down the site, ill take down your internet... Probably only the site.
