Yeah, Its sort of like a program that helps get the junk off your comp.
I dont use it but my mate does -.-

(Btw, Just do it yourself, go into the computer and just delete the stuff youl never need, if you do, its downloadable again?)

Do you mean litterally clean up? Like with a rag? or figuratively, with a program....

| The best method is to wipe it out with a system restore or a reinstall... Much faster and much more effective.

Ok..
Heres some programs available out there,
DISK DEFRAG,
CLEANER,
or just uninstall PRograms
best way is to reformat though.
