The theory of noobism

It is impossible to get rid of noobs. Why u may ask? The answer circulates around the theory of noobalution or commonly referred to as the theory of noobism. This theory goes - If all the noobs were flamed off the site then there would be no more noobs and then the less experienced "1337" people would slowly turn into noobs due to there being no one else underneath them to flame as noobish bastards so without the whole collapse of a forum noobs would continue to assimilate into higher ranking positions and more and more 1337 people would fall before the noobish (but mighty) onslaught of noobs...until there is only one 1337 person left standing - so please leave noobs alone...they're a lot like the little furby things from Gremlins except instead of splashing water on them don't flame them... or they WILL multiply...*dramatic effect*

lolz this is a heavily studied theory......do not question my authority on this matter........this a finding of the utmost importance...this will have a drastic effect on the whole of the noobish world.........yeh thats right noobs we gotcha finally

Its not important. By your very theory there is no end to n00bs, as such how would one get rid of them?
