my school is more locked than a maximum security prison,

the prog they use is this blocker that autoblocks nearly every single website thats either porn, games, or sometimes it says as the reason as its blocked "kidswastingtime".

i used this website for the time being but it also got blocked. (letsgofree.com) as it doesnt have any keywords such as proxy but it also got blocked.

the notepad/paint method doesnt appear when i right clik,

cmd isnt something i use that often even though i no how to unblock it.

one thing i havent tried is restarting the comp several times and logging in as safe mode admin with the users option (i frgot wat called). then going control panel>admin tools>local security policy>local users and groups>groups>admins>add>username THEN check the username and leave it to wateva it writes eg PC2/francis then adding to the admin list and voilla "." Wink

would this method work on schools that use white-listing methods? my school only allows students to go on websites that IT approves. nonetheless, this is pretty useful.

Yeah, my school isn't that secure, but Run is blocked. Bess blocks all of our sites, but I have a proxy that can go around that. Very Happy

Run and CMD is blocked. Bat. files are also blocked, No access to the BIOS, notepad and paint all don't work. Downloads do not work, but I can still use the way of the USB. Almost the moment they come out, proxies don't work. They even took off the latest flash players so video's don't work if you even get far enough to youtube and you can't download the plug-ins.... CAUSE DLs don't work!

Then USB is your only hope.

install an OS on your USB flash drive.
go to school, plug it in the computer restart, then chose boot from USB drive =) ..... Might not work if ur school computer blocks Plug N' Play OS and boot menu.

no...i think my school somehow blocked it...
https proxys that work on my home computer can't load on the school
s while logmein which is another https site does work
wtf?

btw yeah they use websense too
and the computer is set up so we can't right-click (like mac!!)...gay

and no other way works...the notepad just doesn't even have the direct url (you can do the equivilent of right click by clicking the icon i found out)
realplayer worked for 2 seconds before it was blocked
it won't let you run any non-approved program or funtion...so no batch or usb
also no run command...
