My Friend Did Not Download anything
and his computer has spyware.
He cannot connect to the internet, his firewall
has been forced off, and his wallpaper for his desktop
is red and says
"Your Computer is Infected!
Blabla etc
Please Follow steps from the Windows Center."

Your friend is lying.

Unless a hacker accessed him through an open port, which is basically an unrealistic scenario.

You can get malware from other things not just downloading stuff, anything that establishes a connection past your firewall (which only you can do). He probably got it through opening a bad email or possibly clicking on a link he was not suppose to I do not know if he likes porn or not. Seriously though for future evens use avast, its on access scan would have poped up and allowed you to delete it as soon as it happened (avast does not interfere with most other antivirus's so get it for its on-access scanner and boot time scan (avast detects not just virus's but trojans, spyware, and adway and just use a better one for your main system scanning).

lol I can't believe you just said an ass. You obviously don't understand how the internet works. You can't have been over there all the time since he's been using the computer. and you just said you just saw what happened. That doesn't really happen. Unless he's a top secret agent who a really pro-hacker is waiting for hacked him from an open port or crack, he downloaded something. Are you telling me, he doesn't even go on the internet?
