He is asking the CD to reformat/restore you computer.

There are two ways to do this

1) Reinstall your OS (we cannot legally upload it)

2) Get a format CD that your manufacture sometimes supplies (if they dont, you can reformat it)

3) Use fdisk to format your hard drive, say bye bye to your OS.

Use fdisk or another program to do it.

Usually you cant format your hard drive WHILE your on Windows (no im sure you cant)

so use FDISK

you need to edit it cause after the disc its not formated so u need a windows or linux or sth CD
