Im not exactly the smartest person when it comes to PCs...
and i really have no clue about this >.>
anyways,
No video on youtube is working for me.
and no flash game on any site is working for me either.
any reason?
it was working perfectly a few mins ago.
however, now my PC is lagging every time i try to open a vid. on youtube.
the page finishes loading, but the video screen thing is like blank.
same for games.

Tried reloading the page? Clearing your caches might help as well. Try installing flash player again, or try a different web browser.

youtube and flash games use adobe flash player. Try downloading those plug-ins again.

bounce your modem / internet and see if the lag persists. Sometimes videos on youtube fail to come up until I refresh
is it only flash videos / games that are lagging?

Virus scan, update Flash/Java, update video driver. Or run Dxdiag for reg errors or use CCLeaner for that.

Hang on...dxdiag for reg errors? wtf.
If its stuttering and been gay, and he has reinstalled a fresh, it would be logical to assume something internet/network related has changed since it last worked fine. Unless some hardware is on its way out, and thats why the software change isn't effecting anything.

It will show inconsistencies with directplay apps, nothing more.
