first you need mozzile firefox.
than go here: reloadevery.mozdev.org <<< download the program
than go to ur youtube video and make 5 new tabs and in each tab open your youtube video. Now right click than click reload every , than click reload every 5 seconds.
Now in each tab in each second it will refresh, and you get 5 views each 5 seconds so 1 view each second! or if ur internet connection is high you can make 20 tabs and get 20 views in each second!
yes its old but still...

you wont see the change of view instantly you will hav to w8 2 days b4 youtube changes the view ammount.
