Should have exported your contacts. Should either wear off soon or you need to recover your contacts somehow. Try using web messenger or a third party messenger like meemo or pigeon.

I'm using meebo, I'll just have to contact them via various forums and websites with a new private MSN.

If you have something that can spam your information to the MSN server, then spam your REAL account info to the server, should eventually let you login.

Youre getting DDoSed on....you home computer? Put a firewall, restart computer or block incoming connection on all ports except port 80....
