If you have some free time on your hands, could you make this?

I need a program that does this.
1. You hold the mouse over a pixel then you press a hotkey.
2. You left-click normally somewhere in the screen then the program first clicks on the pixel you chose and then where you actually clicked.

explanation 2:
1. i press some pixel with the hotkey
2. i click somewhere normally on the screen
3. the program moves the curser quickly to the pixel i chose
4. the program moves back and clicks where i actually clicked

It'll be easier to do the steps he mentioned in reverse.

GetCursorPos() for the second location to click.
Click the first location (determine the mouse click using a low-level hook).
Use SetCursorPos() to place the cursor at the previously set location and send the mouse click messages to the focused window at that location.

GetCursorPos and just use SendInput to shit a mouseclick wherever.

If you want it to click in two or more places, you could use Gthuggin's Vista AC. Although, you won't be able to control the intervals between each click, it'll just click in one spot, click in another, and repeats.
