Reset ur BIOS.

Take out the little battery for like 3 minutes, take off the 220Volt too.

The BIOS should be resetted by now, your computer should boot now.

If not, ur windows files are screwed, then u'll need to boot with a windows CD, and either repair ur windows, or re-install it.

The manufacturer is Acer.
Steps:
1)Google.
2)Search Acer laptops
3)On Acer's site, search for their Support
3) Call either Tech Support or Customer support
4) If they ask for the laptop's ID, just say it wore off because you opening your laptop and messing around with the MOBO may void any warranty on it, ad explain what happened to them
5) Follow what they tell you to do

lol somethimes the pc boots and every thing works after 5 min it turns off and it dosnt turn off for a nother day or 2 help please i duno maby the cmos is out of charge i gata replace it or what

Sounds like some other hardware error. Might not even be related to the flash. It it has fked up, then you wouldn't really be able to boot...

this time it booted and i reinstalled the windows and it worked for the day i turned off it didnt turn on again maby a problem
