First off....
What is his site Coded in?
What Kind of site was it? (Forum, Blog,etc)
What Software was he/she using? (Phpbb, Wordpress)
Was he/she stupid enough to make the permissions to his files 777(global)
And was he/she stupid enough to make his Database Passwords the same as his Webhost passwords?

How was it hacked.
Someone Changed all his coding and put porno or w/e?
How is it hacked, is the site deleted?
We need more details, to help you out.

No such thing as "unhacked" It can only be "un-hackable" but that is also pretty much impossible. The only thing I can suggest doing, is to change the passwords for the admin account by either doing it or calling up the website hoster or something like that and just re-fix whatever the hacker did.
