It's a "signature" with can (and probably is) be made in one layer. But because of the automatically things in Photoshop you've probably made it in 4 layers.
Layer 01: Background
Layer 02: Ctrl + V, Ctrl + V and Ctrl + V (paste the ladybugs)
Layer 03: Text
Later 04: Border
It would cost me 1 minute to create this signature but it probably took you around 15 minutes.
