I am going to build a full on, TOP-OF-THE-LINE PC at the end of this year.
I already have A Microsoft Windows XP genuine copy ( Legally Paid for).
I was going to put windows Xp on it.
Should i just buy a Windows Vista so I dont have to worry about Microsoft "leaving" xp.

So you're going to build a TOP-OF-THE-LINE PC and use XP so you can't use DX10? Great idea bro

Don't worry bout it:
Wikipedia wrote:

Basically it's for game/video gfx. Some new games require DX10.

Actually in response to the idea about XP on a new machine, is damn-right sensible and intelligent. DX10 coz it sounds cool, and Vista coz its needed for the proper operation of DX10?! I think not. Gotta be out of your mind if you want a fast, stable, bug-free system, with full compatibility with drivers, hardware, software and so on.
Anyone who is put of XP by that post should maybe take a rain-check.

Lucky for me I have a corporate disc, and not some shitty one off the internet, but from a very large multi-national corporation, so I know I won't get pwned by WGA Razz

I only hope Microsoft learns from it's mistakes, and makes a less bloated OS next time around, and maybe even brings something useful, but without forcing it on us like their little DX10 jew trick.
