sorry for that, i can't find were to put this kind of request,
there was this Request for Cheat-Signle player-Multi player but not a tut for making any trainer or finding an address,

any game that has build and can be hack to instant build would do,

i'm testing this on Army Men RTS v1.0.1202.0 game the one that has AtiveMark Protection.

if you could guide me were to post this pls do tell, i'll post a request there

General Game hacking is a good spot.

But your build is probably a timer.

can u post tut for that, like

what is the common value type(4 bytes,float?)
what to look for
where to manipulate it
how to manipulate it,
and etc.

i found this tut of REd Alert instant build but he used softice for it
he concentrated on the "com eax,eax" thing

it would a big help if theres a tut on instant build for Cheat Engine

I would start with 4 byte scans and move to float.

Does it show a little heal bar when building?
Or can you click on it and see one or even a value of %.

Do unknown scan and then has changed, decreased or increased until you find something.
Also another thing you can do is, if there is a cheat for instant build, find that by doing 1 for on 0 for off scans and then inspecting the code around this to see about an instant build.

thanks, i'll try this, theres a health bar and a %, i tried the 4 bytes but not the float i'll try it later, is it possible that it is a 2 byte or byte only?
the 4 bytes scan results were inconclusive.

i accidentally found the little bugger while testing each address i found,
its a float, while still building the address shows 0.??????? after the build is finish the address show 0 sometimes -?.?????????, while testing it i input 1 then there it is instant build, now finding the pointer.

im sorry to bump old posts but im unable to send you a private message

i know you already released a trainer and the cheats table for this but i was hoping to learn from doing it from scratch.

since you mentioned it was a float it was easy to identify,

since i was hacking a tank at the time it only worked on pumping out units out of the garage.

please tell me step by step of what you done next.....so instant build works on all units/buildings

the last thing you mentioned was pointers
