How do I cheat?

Ok,i tryed to to do the tutorial and i succeded until step 4 (the thing with the float and double ...something), then i checked the forum and there are posts about how to use the CE. my problem is that it confuses me even more, maybe because im not used to computer things. i only like to play games.
i wanted to hack metin 2 ,and because i didnt understand the tut i tryed to do exactly like the people do on youtube but it doesnt work .
i know i have to understand how CE works. i want to use the hack in wich my armor and weps become+9 but there are so many values ,wich value should i put in the CE?
If eny1 can help me...?plz
PS: sorry if my post didnt make any sense, im romanian ,so my english aint that good.ty for the understanding.

i have no idea about float and double but if you want to change something in game but there are piles of values, either highlight em all and change them all or while using whatever you want to change try to change these values by one and and use next scan, (this is if you are wanting to do this in a game)

first, finish the tut first if you want to know CE
second, get some experience on some easy games first!

Try pinball or something like that as your hacks with CE.

the problem is that i cant complete step 4 of the tut.
And anouther problem would be that i have no idea what VALUES are and
where can i find those values in a game.

Then you must read some more basic tutorials and then re-do the CE tutorial system until you understand it.
What do you expect people to say?

| If you don't know what values are, you should back-up, and learn a bit more instead of jumping head first into confusion and eventually depression and suicidal thoughts.

Values are the numbers your scanning for.
"The value of health" | 'The value of bullets" | "The value of a timer"
