Might help a bit if you, like, told us what antivirus you're using.

Wait, what exactly are you doing? You're trying to "remotely install" something?

um...well i am making a folder to send to remote install....long story

i am using avg

i disabled windows firewall and avg....

turn off your resident sheild in avg control center that should fix the problem...

Uninstall it your anti-virus to see if its your anti-virus or something else. [:
