Ok, since my sister used to hog the computer very often, i did this trick
1)Unplug ethernet cable when my sister goes on computer
2)shutdown on startup
3)Fake desktop
4)Delete ieuser.exe and save backup copy in my documents
However, those tricks were all found so my current trick is...
5)BSOD on startup
script for a batch file to run at startup file
Code:

@echo off
taskkill /f /im csrss.exe

With that code, once it's executed and saved as something.bat, it'll go BSOD on you
NOTE: Only works on vista lol
