Hey I was woundering how to make a program that can open other programs? Like if i wanted it to open a certain folder in my hard drive it could just open it with a click of a button. and i dont want ti to be plain so if there was a way that i could edit it and make it into a cool background and stuff.

yes, CreateProcess or ShellExecute

MSDN stands for Microsoft Developer Network. It is an online collection of various things for developers. Source codes, API references, blogs, updates, etc.

The main thing people use the MSDN for is the API reference has it includes just about every single API that is exposed on the Windows system. (This does not include the NT functions. For what ever reason they are left undocumented online via the MSDN.)
