Whenever I try and download something off of here, it trys to open with WPE PRO. I cant figure out how to get it to save to a folder. Even if it's just a .zip file it wants to open with WPE PRO. My question is how do I get it to just save to a folder instead of trying to open right away...

If your using internet explorer, go to the tools menu, then open up internet options.
Go to the advanced tab and click reset settings.
The exact path may vary depending on your browser version.

File associations could be messed up on your PC by the sound of it. WPE pro should be associated with .zip files for instance :p

Will resetting settings mess up anything else as well?

I can only fix the problem you have.

No, all it will do is reset browser-specific options back to how it was when the browser was first installed/updated.

Its perfectly safe and the only things you might have to do is click some 'remember' boxes such as when you visit secure pages and such. Really safe.

Let me know if it fixes it coz the problem may still remain if its a problem with the windows shell.
