actually you can. I've done it to prevent my parents from filtering me out of the internet. Um go on google search it up. find your on crack or crack it yourself.

Make sure to turn off your firewall and antivirus if you download that, cause you can't change your MAC address with those running.

I used some program named MacShift to change my MAC Address.

Yes but it will have no effect if you are connecting to the internet through a router, as the only MAC seen from the internet-side is the router's WAN interface MAC address. Period.
