After death is nothing, so really there is no reason to be afraid.

Trypanophobic to hypodermic needles. Ever since that incident where a nurse was taking blood; nurse flinched, and drove the needle up against the bones in my elbow.
Never fucking again.

i have a slight fear of highest, only because i fell 30-ft and broke both arms. 
i get ever so slight claustrophobia

when I was younger I watched Tom and Jerry. Then I had went to a friends house and he had a iron board that came out of the wall. It scared the shit out of me then. I thought that a mouse would make it crush my skull in  I am afraid of the dark unknown. I am afraid of becoming one more lost and I am afraid of those damn cell phone ring tones that sound like a deep dark laugh, especially when it comes from behind me.

I am extremely afraid of being dis-liked.
If i'm not liked by everyone, I can't see the point in living.
The only reason I even try in life is to impress everyone around me.
Once when a certain group of people were mad at me, I actually lost the will to live.
Not even kidding.
My grades dropped.
I lost my good hygene.
Then, they stopped being mad.
Everything went back to normal.
Very strange, I know.
