i just got kaspersky and i all ready had Norton 360 installed so when i try install kaspersky it says i need to get rid of Norton 360, so i got to add or remove programs try get rid of it then it doesn't work, so i delete the folder from c:\ and i go back to add or remove programs but its still there and it says its still deleting items but its not can anybody help please and after i tried last step kaspersky says Norton is still on my computer it wont go

Ok, firstly it was a mistale for you to delete the nortons folder from C:\.

When a program gets installed it can create registry keys, put stuff in application data, system folders etc, and its not that simple.

However there is the 'Nortons Removal Tool' <--click that.

And yes, you shouldn't run more than one anti-virus or more than one firewall, it will do very strange things indeed.

well i put back the Norton folder i deleted and also the norton dele toll thing says it has expired

The norton tool shouldn't have expired. Because that is free and its universal etc.

Search around that page and you'll find what you're looking for.
Or the symantec website in general.

But seriously, in future don't delete whole folders...lol :p
