How do I cheat?

OMG nooooo QQ - am i missing something? one of the BEST things about CE seems to have vanished, the ability to operate CE from a remote machine.
Is this a temporary thing or has it been removed for good?

It hasn't been worked on for 2 version, and most games nowaday work without crashing when atl+tabbing.

but if you still want it just install ce 5.3
