I moved my other printer to my vista home premium pc..

and now when i try to print it just blinks twice ( the light ) and nothing happens

Test page works fine..

I print from word or say any page then the printer starts and just stops.. like it gets ready but then stops as if you canceled the job

I have the right drivers installed..

Im guessing its the print spooler.. which in services tab is started

Had a similar problem at work. Is the printer networked between the 2 computers? If so, be sure the spooler service is running on the other PC, we have to make sure the other PC is on and logged in at work for it to print since it's primarily installed on that one. There may also be an option under the properties (if networked) on the other PC to install drivers for other another OS, check that out if there is. If it's not networked..I'll do some Googling.

Make and model, btw?

Problem fixed, it wasnt vista, actually dumbfuck Samsung website had a corrupted driver installation..

stupid samsung, made me waste 2 full hours
