y, and a expert needs to put it in .. i've got a chip and a manual and there are more then 300 points where you need to weld..

"y?" Because without it the Playstation 2 doesn't allow you to play copied/burned games. An "expert" doesn't need to put it in, either.

Yes. He is right. Without a Modification Chip (buy online) it will not work. I dwelved into this before and it was VERY VERY annoying/hard.

you don't weld anything, you solder, and it's usually simple to do.
