Ok, I've just recently began learning C++ and I've learned how to make very simple programs. What I'm asking is how far into learning C++ must I go in order to learn how to change the values of addresses/make .dlls

OpenProcess()
ReadProcessMemory() optional
WriteProcessMemory()

CloseHandle()

The above would all be used if done via an outside program. If you are writing a DLL that will be injected, just directly access the memory via pointers or memset/memcpy.
