How do I cheat?

Hello guys I rely need help with cheat engine toriturial... When it says I need to find value and in the adress box must be only one and i must put it down on the list (BTW: its Ste2) I do it and I change value to 1000 and nothing happens can somebody help me?

step 2 need 5000
