Ok so first tell me what programming langauge you want it in?

Visual Basic
C
C#
C++

If its in Visual Basic I could probably guide you though it. Its the only one I know.

When it says YOU'VE BEEN OWNED. Do you want it to appear in the center of the screen? or In a message box?

I just looked at that tutorial and C# looks more advanced then Delphi and VB.

I guess it could be easier at C, with the console app. But, also, could be dine at VB, with form border out (Form Style - 0), background of the color you wants, canceling all commands on the keyboard, and making it write "You Have Been Owner".
