The source code for CE seems to be down right now, and I really need to get the particular source/code that you used to write memory. All the code that I see now requires me to convert values into hex and when I do that it screws everything up. I would just like a code snippet of exactly how you did the memory writing in CE. Specifically, I need to write a double to a certain address. Thanks.

and about writing:
It depends on what you need to convert. If the user fills in a string you need to convert that string to something the computer can understand. But if you have it hardcoded you dont need to convert

Simply there are no words...
Personally I for the first time see that the author so simply and completely disinterestedly gave an source code of the program. So popular program above which he so for a long time worked and for which creation has spent many forces, constantly improving and improving.
Without exaggeration it is necessary to tell one - this person has made for gamehacking and so much how many ever someone hardly will make another.
