I wanted to make a prank where it overclocks your cpu for a few seconds, stops and says BOOM and your cd drive opens . But i searched google for help on OverClocking in Delphi and found nothing, can anyone help?

So you want to make a program that overclocks the CPU, pops up something saying boom and opens a CD-drive? How are they going to know the CPU is overclocked in the first place unless you just outright go apeshit and make the computer restart.
Not to mention you're going to need some pretty extensive ASM knowledge to even do it in the first place.

Why waste your time with an application that servers no purpose? Not to mention something that can be destructive to someones computer. Use your time to make things that people will actually enjoy using or better the community.

Just make a sound like a drive is speeding up, play it, then use:
