Most of you probably know what the Bomberman game is all about. Just Google it if you don't know. This game has been released on just about every game console in the past 20 years. There was an official online version for the PC released, but only in a few Asian countries (including Japan), but not in North America. Eventually the game servers were shut down and there is no official version anymore.

That's where BMO WORLD comes in. This is a hacked (English) version of the game client and server. The game is free to play.

Some things to note:
- The game cannot be run in a window
- The game cannot be minimized
- You cannot switch away from the game while playing

These things are done to prevent hacking. I realize the irony of posting this on hacking forum. The thing is, there is no real reason to hack in this game. Your character doesn't gain levels and everyone is equal. Anyone hacking would be really obvious.

The reason I'm posting this is because, 1) playing against random hardcore players gets boring, 2) too many players are half way across the world and lag badly, 3) too many people don't know how to forward a port on their router, creating "choppiness" in the game.

Give the game a try and if you like it, consider forwarding port 8864 UDP on your router. This will make game play MUCH smoother for you and everyone else. Once you forward the port, make sure you change "UDP - Auto" to "UDP - On" before logging into the game. Leave UDP - Auto unless you forwarded the port, or you won't be able to see yourself move.

That will give you instructions on how to get the official chat room of CEF. I also made a #bman just for Bomberman chat. You can get to it by typing /join #bman in your chat client.
