This bug was created by doing a Scan Type "Decreased value by".
The check box then will not dissapear.
Additional, the same thing happens with "Increased value by".

Have fun yourself: After an innitial search change the type to either "Decreased value by" or "Increased value by" then resize your window (a similar effect will happen). However, the check box will still dissapear when changing from the previous Scan Type.

I've had that pop up randomly for me in random scans... very odd indeed.
